By booking our chauffeur services, you agree to our terms, which include timely communication regarding any changes to your itinerary, adherence to our cancellation policy, and respectful interactions with our staff. We strive to address any concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Service Description
Our company provides high-end chauffeured transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, special event transportation, and hourly hire. We aim to offer a luxury experience with professional drivers and premium vehicles.
Booking and Reservations

Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance through RidesBits using our Schedule Now link on the homepage or through or RidesBits link, mobile app, or customer service.

Payment: A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

Amendments: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
